CalOffroad Nissan Navara D22 - Upper Arms Kit

CalOffroad has developed the latest design in Nissan D22 Navara / frontier upper control arms.
This latest design features more shock absorber clearance to suit most larger bore shocks and shocks using steel dust boots.
These perfectly designed upper control arms are built to be used with the 2" and 3" suspension system and will allow for increased wheel travel.
The arms are precision laser cut from 3/8" plate steel and will last longer than the life of the truck!
These are the strongest and most durable arms available for your D22 / Frontier...accept no substitutes or imitations.
The complete upper arm kit comes with the pair of upper control arms with integrated bump stop pads, eight(8) Vecton bushings, four(4) machined sleeves, two grease nipples and two(2) new upper ball joints with complete mounting hardware.
These are the only arms to use if you wheel your rig.

CalOffroad Nissan Navara D22 - Replacement Upper Control Arm Bushings

We use an oil impregnated material that is stronger than polyurethane and built to handle extreme situations.
Complete kit comes with eight (8) precision machined bushings and four (4) inner sleeves.
It is recommended to use a high quality grease upon installation and also after water crossings and during routine maitenance.

All torsion bars are of heavier duty rate approximately 25% greater than standard.
The thicker bar diameter gives a dynamic increase in the spring rate eliminating hard bottoming when off=road and gives better handling on the street.
CalOffroad torsion bars are fully directional and are designed with a left and right and need to be installed correctly.
CalOffroad Torsion bars are suited for stock height trucks or to gain maximum lift height

*They have custom tuned valving and are nitrogen gas charged to transfer the heat from the inner cylinder to the outer case allowing the shock to keep cool and eliminate fade under harse conditions.
*With its improved design and longer travel, you will get better handling and control on and off the road.

CalOffroad leaf lengths are designed and calculated to achieve a high performance spring.
Top quality Silicon Alloy Spring Steel or Medium to High Carbon Spring Steel are used.
The springs are scragged to help eliminate sagging.
Stringent quality control procedures for the heat treatment (tempering) process ensure CalOffroad springs are made the same exceptional way.

CalOffroad Nissan Navara D22 - Rear Leaf Bush Kit Poly Greasable

CalOffroad Polyurethane bushes, fitted and used correctly will give a greater extended life than a rubber bush.
It is recommended that greasable shackle and pin kits be fitted with polyurethane bush as it will increase the life of the bush even further.
Polyurethane material is resistant to minerals, petrochemicals and salt water and can withstand tempurature extremes.
It is essential that all bushes (rubber and poly) be fitted to good pins with no corrosion or wear marks, as this would decrease the life of the bush dramatically.
